14 residential and community lots under the cut, download link to a Simfileshare folder at the bottom of the post.

Trist mansion. Loosely based on the Cromford mansion (the German one). Furnished for one Sim who’s a bit of a recluse, but could comfortably house up to five Sims, I think. Special feature: the two-story high entranceway.

Costs: 175, 683$

The Legrand Manor. Three stories high, two bedroom manor with quite a view, a sauna, a fitness room, a garage and a huge pool. Furnished for two elders and a teenage boy. Loosely based on the Villa Hügel (very loosely. More of a concept, really.).

Costs: 296,734$

The Schleedorn Farm. Quaint little farm on the outskirts of town. Furnished for two siblings. Not sure if the upper story is weather-proof.

Costs: 66,721$

The Nocenti townhouse (called 2 Cemetary Lane in my game). Small townhouse with plenty of space for a single Sim. Furnished for a journalist/ blogger.

Costs: 43,075$

Van de Berg hut (1 Cemetary Lane in my game). Small little house for a family of three. Furnished for a single parent, a toddler and a female child/teen.

Costs: 25, 161$

Pechstein Hall, a house with… charm (and in dire need of a renovation). Can easily house up to four Sims, more if you convert the game room and the attic into bedrooms. The attic is weatherproof.

Costs: 175, 184$

Starterhouse 1 (called 1-3 Main Street in my game). Consists of two apartments. Both have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s a little playground and some gardening plots in the backyard.

Packaged as a residential lot. To turn it into an apartment lot, simply type “changelotzoning apartmentbase” into your cheat console. Unfurnished.

Costs: 30, 785$

Starterhouse 2. A small house for one Sim or a couple (and maybe a baby). Upper landing could function as a studio or home office. Part of the landing could also be turned into a second bedroom if you feel like it.

Costs: 16, 200$.

Pizzeria Belladonna. A nice little restaurant. Which also has a skating rink for… reasons?

Rodeburg Park. Features a playground, a campfire and a little plaza where you can play chess. And a ridiculous fountain.

Graveyard. Has a little chapel, some tombs, three mausoleums, a small bathroom in the gardener shed and plenty of burial plots.

The Ruins. A rundown old castle which now houses a small nightclub. There’s also a weird garden gnome cult site in the back.

A boutique with a small playground in the backyard. Not a corner lot but looks like one. Backstair garden decorative only.

A Grocery Store with a bar. Exactly what it says. Upstairs and backyard decorative only.
