Exactly what it says!

First up, a default for the gaming career! I have successfully replaced the gamer career that shipped with Seasons with the Game Development career from Life Stories.

You can find the job descriptions, work hours/ days and daily wages on the Wiki. The pay’s a bit high, I think, but I decided to keep it that way. Chance cards are disabled (I do not have the patient to think up 10 chance cards and their possible outcomes. And my spellcheck broke so my English is atrocious now.)

(I have also replaced the teen-elder career with the first two career levels. I made my own job description for level 3. You’re an intern now. Congrats.)

If game development isn't your thing (or you have a mod that adds the Life Stories careers to the game), then this might be the default replacement for you!

Since I actually hate the game's gamer career with a fiery passion, I actually came up with 10 new job levels, implemented them, edited a few chance cards and disabled the rest (that one’s up for debate, if they show up in your game, please tell me).

The new levels are as follows:

Video Game Club Member (teen/ elder only), Video Game Store Clerk, Game Blogger, Beta Tester, Technical Support Specialist, Video Game Streamer, Pro Gamer, E-Sports Champion, Gaming Legend, Video Game Company Spokesperson and Game Designer (.rar contains a text file with all the necessary information). Levels 5,6,8 and 10 have chance cards (as I only had to edit them slightly).

A default replacement for the music career!

Just a small adjustment to the Music career that shipped with Seasons. Episims has already created a beautiful default, but I was looking for something that retained the original LTW.

I have replaced level 8 (Concert Pianist) and level 9 (Symphony Conductor) with Lead Guitarist and Pop Icon from the Sims 3 career track of the same name. I also adjusted work hours and days slightly (they now work in the evenings and mostly during the weekends- I forgot to take a picture).

I have adjusted the chance card on level 8 to reflect the change, but the chance card on level 9 was unsalvageable and has been disabled.

And last, but not least: a special case!

I adore Episims‘ Paranormal default replacement but I miss some of the sketchiness that came with the original career. That’s why I’ve created a custom career to go along with it.

I took all of the levels that Episims replaced and built a career around it.

This means that:

level 1, 2, 4, 6 and 10 remain the same as in the original Paranormal career (sorry, UFO Investigator, I couldn’t make you fit in there!)
levels 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9 have been replaced by the Scam Artist branch of the TS3 Fortune Teller career (namely Tarot Card Shark, Keen Observer Of Human Behavior, Pseudo Psychic, Metaphysician and Celebrity Psychic)
the chance cards on level 2 and 4 are intact and I’ve moved the chance card from level 5 (formerly Medium) to level 7. I have disabled the chance cards from level 7 and 9 because they did not fit the new job titles
A full list of the job descriptions, work schedule and salary can be found in a text file inside the .rar
I also created a default version of this custom career in case you just really like scam artists. Please note that while you can have both versions in your game, it’s pretty useless. Why not download Episims‘ Default Replacement instead so that you can have good psychics and bad psychics?

All careers are English only for now.

Please do not reupload to paysites. You can use this as a base for further tweaking if you want to but please give credit.

Have fun!
