I spent the day goofing around in CAS, and this is what I came up with.

Meet Galatea Styx, the happiest little alien punk. Galatea loves loud music and grilled cheese sandwiches. She dreams of having 50 first dates- with the most interesting people in SimCity, of course.

Credits: hambergersims for the cute Premade babies and roguebotanist for the default face replacement that uses these sims. Galatea is based on these face replacements but is a mix of quite a few.
