I come bearing a gift!

This is a completely cc free lot for a single Sim who loves tinkering, music and the colour pink. It could easily be converted into a home business lot. The downstairs garage was heavily inspired by katatty's Silver Rocket Service Station, so I should probably credit the lot here (even though my garage doesn’t look half as good).

(Note: I playtested a copy. The lot you’re getting has never housed a Sim.)
